Šarišská Poruba (Hungarian: Kapivágása) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.
History
editIn historical records the village was first mentioned in 1410.

editThe municipality lies at an altitude of 338 metres and covers an area of 5.92 km2 (2.29 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01).[1]
Population
editIt has a population of 654 people (2020-12-31).[2]
