Özdemir Bayraktar, (1949, Sarıyer, Istanbul - October 18, 2021 in Istanbul) is a Turkish engineer and entrepreneur. He is the designer of Bayraktar TB2, Turkey's first indigenous UCAV system, and Bayraktar Akıncı.[1][2] He was the chairman of the board of directors of Baykar until his death.
He was honored with the Karabakh Order.[3]
