Hello Wikipedians, I have seen that few neighbourhoods in Jerusalem such as [[Sur Baher]], [[Umm Tuba]] and [[Beit Hanina]] were included in the [[Oslo Accords]] and [[Palestine Authority|PA]] have some sovereignty in these places. Opening paragraph does so much mental gymnastics to avoid stating what the conflict is about. PA recognizes Israel and thus its sovereignty over West Jerusalem. What it does not recognize is its sovereignty over East Jerusalem including its holy sites such as Aqsa mosque and Dome of the Rock, which are part of the West Bank considered occupied by Israel under international law.
