Template:Museums in Bangkok (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)

According to WP:CLN: Navigation templates are particularly useful for a small, well-defined group of articles. This template, in contrast, includes a large group of subjects which mostly aren't related to each other apart from being museums/art galleries/heritage buildings in Bangkok. I feel that this grouping, based on location alone, does not usefully aid the reader in navigating related articles. Suggest deletion. Paul_012 (talk) 16:00, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose Useful for navigation of landmarks about museums and similar buildings, comprehensive for the city. As for size? Have you seen Template:Serbian Orthodox Church, Template:Contemporary Armenian Churches,Template:Khorramabad County etc?♦ Dr. Blofeld 16:12, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose Seems very sensible to me. There are many, many templates with this type of geographical coverage. Bangkok is increasingly a centre for cultural tourism and needs this kind of support on Wikipedia. And let's hope the small group of articles will increase. - Ipigott (talk) 21:36, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Keep I strongly disagree with your point of view here. This is the proper use of a navbox. The subjects are related and, as far as I can tell, the Template has been placed in all linked articles. Secondarywaltz (talk) 22:46, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please say keep or delete. Oppose is confusing, since it could mean to oppose deletion or to oppose the template. D O N D E groovily Talk to me 04:42, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

These templates have never been used, as far as I can tell, and are currently not in use on any page other than what appears to be a talk page. —Ryulong (竜龙) 08:44, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

All articles listed in template were merged and redirected to the main article, Radio Disney Jams series, negating its need or usefulness, unless the merge itself is disputed. StarcheerspeaksnewslostwarsTalk to me 06:28, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It's supposed to be a navigation template but it fails pretty badly in that respect. The navbox consists of 5 red links, 7 non-links, 2 links to sections of the only article the template appears on and only two actual blue links but to articles that don't even mention SV Voorwaarts. This has been the situation since last summer so there's no reason to expect any change soon. Pichpich (talk) 01:44, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete – lack of viable wikilinks. Not all clubs require a template it's not a necessity, it must serve a purpose which this one doesn't. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 01:30, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • delete Not enough links for a viable navbox. ---— Gadget850 (Ed) talk 02:59, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
