Unblock request

Hello- I would like to be unblocked from posting comments to my userpage. I have new responses on my Wiktionary user page that I would like to comment on. I can accept being blocked for three months from editing on English Wiktionary mainspace, but I don't see how I earned getting blocked off my userpage. Is there a process to go through in terms of getting a decision on whether or not to let me comment on my userpage? Nobody who doesn't want to interact with me has to write on my userpage, and I have responses to my proposal. Geographyinitiative (talk) 00:20, 23 July 2019 (UTC)
