Thanks for the message on my talk page. You said: My object here is to be the FIRST to be the first to "publish" the fact that ... - that's the problem, Wikipedia is not a primary source, it is a tertiary source, so it is not the "first" to publish anything. Wikipedia articles are about subjects that because of significant coverage in reliable sources are already notable, as per the guidelines at WP:BIO.
