Thanks for uploading File:Toomey official portrait.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from or who created it. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

On May 3rd, the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts will be hosting a Native American and Chinese Art edit-a-thon from 9:00-5:00 pm. Adrianne Wadewitz was a feminist scholar of 18th-Century British literature, and a prolific editor of the site.
