Speedy deletion nomination of Chhote Nawab

Kindly Unblock me, I admit that I was unethically using wikipedia and somewhat spamming but its 2 yrs since the block was imposed and I have outgrown and learnt a lot, I myself own a blog and preach others not to spam. You learn by your own mistakes, I apologize for what i did. I want to use this account for casual ethical contributions on wikipedia, if possible kindly consider my request.
