This is a significant correction to the Cognitive-Theoretic Model of the Universe proposed by [[Christopher Langan]].
Langan accidentally introduced a duality with Unbound Telesis on one side and SCSPL (Mind/Matter) on the other; By "Matter", Langan meant "forms of energy", which means that energy itself is missing from his reality theory. If someone were to propose that Unbound Telesis is not energy then (excluding non-logical axioms) energy would have to have been created. The physical beauty and innovative genius of the decedents of [[Japheth]] proves a continued theocratic lineage throughout history.
The Republic of Ecclesiastical Dukes is merely the formal expression of this lineage.
The only decedents of Japheth that have broken away from this lineage would be [[Gog and Magog|Gog of the land of Magog]]; the [[Khazars]].
Khazars and non-Japhites are excluded from membership because they don't have this theocratic lineage in their blood.
===Modus Operandi===
====Frontier Research Enterprise====
A researcher can conduct applied experimentation that effects the economics of life and commercial ventures (call them associates). The research may involve a process or technology that saves the associates money. The associates can voluntarily donate "present-interest gifts" of 50% of the money they save to the researcher. The associates have incentive to continue to allow the applied research and the researcher will have the resources to continue to improve the process or technology.
Patent laws do not bind research. One can use almost any invention or technology in research. Likewise medical laws do not bind self conducted research. One can use almost any medical procedure or technology on oneself without need of approval from the FDA.
Research can produce new inventions. Those inventions can be patented if they are documented and held proprietary. Private industry can be solicited to bring the new inventions to market.
====Private Foundation Royalty====
The royalty rights from the inventions can be gifted to the Church where the inventor governs as the Ecclesiastical Duke. It would amount to a private foundation church because the ecclesiastical Duke is the sole source of funding (indirectly via royalty rights). The Duke then never has a foreign income yet is still able to add value to the world and fund his church.
Donations to a church by anyone except it's Duke will not be permitted.
Having each Church funded by the creativity and charity of it's own leader prevents foreign manipulation and internal corruption.
====Differential Flow Tithing====
All things that live, grow; if not in size, at least in expression. The universe provides us with abundant room for growth.
To secure mutual intent between the Republic and the Dukes, and between the Dukes and their Duchy there will be instituted 10% differential flow taxation of the Republic upon the Dukes and of the Dukes upon their Duchy.
For example, if a member has a 10% increase in gross receipts over the previous year than the [[tithe]] will be 1% of their gross receipts; If a member has a 50% increase in gross receipts over the previous year than the tithe will be 5% of their gross receipts; If a member has a 100% increase in gross receipts over the previous year than the tithe will be 10% of their gross receipts; If a member has a 500% increase in gross receipts than the tithe will again be 10% of their gross receipts instead of 50%. No more than 10% can be taxed. And, if there is no increase (or if there is a decrease) over the previous year then there is no tax.
No other form of taxation will be allowed. This will force the bureaucracy to secure increase in gross receipts for the members and to make sure as many members as possible are increasing in gross receipts as anything over 100% increase in gross receipts for any particular member will not help the bureaucracy as much.
In this way the government services will only exist to the extent that they can improve peoples lives.
==Usufruct Propertarian Dukes==
The Divine (or consciousness or energy) is the creator of all things including the earth and even all the inventions of man.
The Creator has absolute right to ownership of his creations. As the Divine is the ultimate Creator, claims of property rights are meaningless if the property is not being creatively used by the one claiming the right.
For example, when a state claims a geographical territory that it does not use, such as a huge section of Antarctica, for all intents and purposes it's as if there is no claim at all. However if there is a research station or base that is being used, the immediate area around the station can have a rightful claim to property.
This also goes for intellectual property. If one invents something, one cannot make a claim of property right if one does not creatively use the property. For example, it is an abhorrence of nature to invent a new technology and have that technology shelved (prevented from being used) via property right.
So, whether it is a states geographical claim or an intellectual property claim, all property rights are [[usufruct]]. Usufruct is the legal right to use and derive profit or benefit from property that belongs to another (the Divine), as long as the property is not damaged.
The geographical claims of the Ecclesiastical Dukes are those lands that they actually use where foreign jurisdiction is eliminated, or at least minimized to issues of property damage.
==Libertarian Confederal Republic==
The Republic of Ecclesiastical Dukes advocate the maximization of individual liberty and the minimization of the state (minimization of the [[bureaucracy]] of both the Republic and the Duchies).
This formulation of libertarianism supports [[free market]] enterprise by advocating a right to private property, including property in the means of production, minimal government regulation of that property, minimal taxation, and rejection of the welfare state, all within the context of the rule of law.
Given the issue of minimizing foreign jurisdiction, all property in lands of foreign state geographical claims will be held in express trust with the otherwise owner as trustee.
A [[confederation]] is an association of sovereign member states, that by treaty have delegated certain of their competences to common institutions, in order to coordinate their policies in a number of areas, without however constituting a new state on top of the member states.
In other words the Sovereignty remains in the members, in this case, the Sovereignty remains in the Dukes. The Dukes are the Sovereign Citizens of the Republic. Only a Duke can vote or hold office in the Republic. The Duchies are the member states of the Republic.
As a confederacy (instead of federal) the Dukes with their Duchy can freely leave the Republic.
