Adopter not yet ready?Steelerfan-94 (talk·contribs) is the current adopter of Kalajan (talk·contribs). I'm very worried about Steelerfan's adoption procedure. He has made many errors and I don't believe he is ready to begin adoption. I went to him, but my attempt at reasoning with him have been removed, as well as an e-mail reply ignored (he sent me an e-mail asking about his procedure, I gave him tips, he didn't want to follow them). Many things I've seen during the adoption are also very troubling. Here, he is teaching his adoptee that it is fine to remove comments from other users talk pages. Here and Here, he is encouraging getting a nice userpage and signature already, instead of advising him to edit articles. I asked Steelerfan via e-mail to take care of this and let him know that Kalajan is spending to much time obsessing over userpages and signatures (WP:MYSPACE). Since that thread, Kalajan has made too many edits to his userpage. I basically don't believe Steelerfan was ready to adopt, and I think the adoption of Kalajan should be taken over by another user. I said no to the userpage, and I created him a signature not knowing he would know how to edit it and do so often. I'm ready to adopt, I don't want you hovering over me though, This is a new experience for me and Kalajan, It wouldn't be right to just have someone else do it once we've already started working together. Sorry it too so long coming, but here is my review. Right now I don't have time to take on more coachees, I'm actually not spending as much time with the ones that I currently have as I'd like, so let me give you a quick review:
Your article building seems to be on the weak side. You list a few articles on your user page, and at first glance they look decent, but when you look at what you actually did with them there isn't much there.

Build the enclyclopedia
Develop footprints in a 1-2 areas that show policy knowledge/expertise---wikiprojects generally don't cut it.

You can do the first, and most important, 3 on your own. Take part in more discussions. Your user talk space edit count is ok, but you haven't been involved in many discussions elsewhere. Find a niche that you like (besides wrestling) and start to cultivate your knowledge there. I would also strongly suggest that you watch your tone/civility. Even if I were to be taking new coachees, I would not accept you right now. Some of the comments that you've made on people's talk pages in the past week are just dubious at best. You obviously don't get it.Besides, I know you wouldn't message me back anyway, I just did that to give a piece offering. And don't ever tell me to grow up again, for all I know you could be ten.Jesus, I'll take your lack of reply as a no.....IDK why I even tried. Stop using IDK, unless you are under the age of 25 you probably don't know what that means. These are from your past 50 user talk edits... I should also note that you use the word "Jesus" several times in a manner that is offensive to Christians, you accused at least two people of stalking you.
Personally, I hate off wiki communications... I still have my email account active, but off wiki communications often create more drama than it solves---you have a lot of it going on... both in terms of off wiki communications and drama.
This edit makes me wonder why you want the tools and will probably cause you problems at an RfA. You might want to look at our SPAM policies re this edit---when several editors, including at least one respected admin, tell you it's advertising, then it probably is... and right now you are on the verge of a 3rr block (I'm half way tempted to check right now to see if you've been blocked already!) IMO you are a long way away from being ready for an RfA... heck, I have to echo Imathew and question if you are ready for an adoptee right now. Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks. Attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images in violation of our biographies of living persons policy will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.
