Hi. With regard to Lara, please have a look at this section which emphasises that biographies of living people need inline references to reliable sources (and must have at least one). Thanks very much for adding one straight away (I didn't have time to look myself this morning) but: IMDb is not a reliable source, so that reference does not count and will need to be replaced. Sorry about that. It is OK to have IMDb as an external link as you have already done. I think it should be quite easy to find links for her, reviews in newspapers, theatre or film magazines and so on, perhaps one or two interviews. Well, I had a look but I'm afraid I have not found anything suitable so far. I will have another look if I think of any different search terms which might be more effective. Apart from references to confirm the information in the article, you need to provide some content which says why she is "notable" (awards she has won, good reviews in starring roles and so on). Unexplained removal of references and other material edit
I notice that you have removed some of the references in Lara Harris without providing an explanation. This also means that you reverted edits with no explanation. This is generally regarded as discourteous. Please always take the trouble to provide an edit summary, but particularly when reverting or removing material.
Apart from that, I must explain that there are severe problems with the removal of these references. If you take The Confession (1999 film) for example, that is a pretty miserable article which itself has no references (IMDb doesn't count although it is accepted as an external link) and does not mention Lara at all. Thus if you remove the reference, that information is unsourced. If we rely on one generic list, we may miss something: The Falcon and the Snowman for example is omitted from some lists (and that article doesn't mention Lara either) so without the reference the reader cannot tell why we have that entry and someone might remove it later. What I would accept is replacing many of the Allmovie references by more specific references to give a more varied view of the coverage in reliable sources, for example reviews mentioning Lara's role from newspapers, particularly if they discuss her performances. A particular issue with her appearances is that they are generally supporting roles or cameos, so the film articles may well not mention her and it is up to this article to provide the necessary sources. (The situation is different with a higher-profile actor who is much more likely to be mentioned in the film articles anyway).
It is really quite difficult to find reliable sources for many of the guest appearances in individual television episodes so we need those references when available even more.
With regard to the table captions which you removed, again without explanation, they are required for WP:ACCESSIBILITY (users of screen readers for example).
Thus I will restore the references and captions, retaining the updated wikilinks from your latest edit. I will also remove the refimprove from the head of the article and add citation needed for the remaining unsourced roles. Please note the film Red Sun was not filmed in French. The BFI source confirms that English was the language that was used during filming. The release of the film in France, no doubt, was dubbed into French but that does not qualify for inclusion of that language in the infobox.
