File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:HSJ JUMP No 1 LE Cover.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 15:48, 11 July 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 15:48, 11 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Kota Yabu, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • Cluebot produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Kota Yabu was changed by Sakinah95 (u) (t) making a minor change adding "!!!" on 2010-07-31T17:47:46+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 17:47, 31 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not replace pages with blank content, as you did with this edit to "Arigatō" (Sekai no Doko ni Ite mo), as this is confusing to readers. The page's content has been restored for now. If there is a problem with the page, it should be edited or reverted to a previous version if possible; if you think the page should be removed entirely, see further information. Thank you. Edit summaries

edit

Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you. — SpikeToronto 19:24, 29 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Yuya Takaki

edit

Hello, I see that you recreated the article Yuya Takaki that had previously been a redirect to Hey! Say! JUMP. For Yuya Takaki to have a standalone article on Wikipedia, the contents of the article must be verifiable with reliable sources that are independent of him. If you have sources we can add them and restore the article, until then I am redirecting it back to Hey! Say! JUMP. Thank you J04n(talk page) 20:16, 29 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Kei Inoo

edit

The Kei Inoo article was merged with Hey! Say! JUMP sometime ago. While consensus can change, the consensus for that merger remains the same. Please see the discussion at Talk:Hey! Say! JUMP#Merge with Kei Inoo. If you continue to replace the redirect at Kei Inoo with unreferenced biographical content, content that is already contained in the Hey! Say! JUMP article, it might be interpreted as disruptive editing. All biographies of living persons must contain verifiable references/citations throughout.

However, if Kei Inoo has some notability outside of the band Hey! Say! JUMP, and you can support that with independent, verifiable references/citations, then a case could be made for having a separate article on Kei Inoo in addition to the article on the band. Thanks! — SpikeToronto 06:08, 30 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:ArigatouLE.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:ArigatouLE.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. — ξxplicit 01:12, 28 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
