Topics?

edit

Hi! Please put up 2 or 3 page ideas (either here or on your user page main space) that you would like to start working on, along with a short justification for why they deserve your hard work. Thanks! Daclausen (talk) 15:19, 28 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

1. Blizzard Bash- It is a 4day demolition derby event that is held indoors in Topeka, KS. It has been voted as the "best demolition derby in the world" and draws a crowd from all over the U.S. and Canada. 2. Metal Mayhem- It is a 3day demolition derby event that is held in Illinois. It has been running for many years and the payout to win is an enormous amount of money

I think both of your topics sound very interesting. Finding sources for the information you add could be difficult. Kzwiener (talk) 03:57, 12 October 2015 (UTC)KzwienerKzwiener (talk) 03:57, 12 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

These both sound like good topics for you to write about. Creating a page on either of these demo derbies could also inspire the creation of other demo derby pages too! It seems like you're really interested in both of these events, so it will be important to focus on avoiding bias in your writing. Annie Nova (talk) 14:20, 12 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

edit

Hey! Here's a few sources that might be useful in editing the page on Blizzard Bash. Then again, maybe not. :)

Ways to improve Blizzard Bash

edit

Hi, I'm LaMona. Rt318, thanks for creating Blizzard Bash!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This is a local event and does not meet notability guidelines unless references show a broader impact.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse. LaMona (talk) 01:20, 12 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
