Bowls edit

For your information, sorry to sound snotty but, in this image, Arizona deserves a status of bright red (three bowl games), not dark green (two bowl games), as the Insight Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, and BCS National Championship Game were all in Arizona.--Porsche997SBS 02:27, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

No offense taken; just making sure you wouldn't revert it again (then we'd might've a revert war on on hands, and those are very messy, if you know what I mean).--Porsche997SBS 03:51, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Reverted Edits edit

Ohh sorry for my mistake reverting those edits you made I use a java script to quickly revert edits and I think that if sometimes if a page has been reverted from a vandelised state before my program runs very rarly it may revert correct changes by mistake so once again I apologise for any problems this has caused to you. I'm just trying to get information about ASU into the world becuase people don't know much about them. So I end up putting images on the pages that are not mine. "Most hated" rivalry in 2008 SEC Men's Basketball Tournament edit

Oh, please. There's a whole article about this bitter rivalry — just click on the link on the word "rival" right after the words you saw fit to delete. You might have tried clicking on that before you deleted the phrase. I've inserted the word "bitter" instead. Does that make you feel better? You might can say its an opinion in the broadest sense of the word, but the opinion is so widely held by those who are involved (and many who aren't) what it at least qualifies as consensus, of not outfight fact. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 14:47, 23 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

LRCHS edit

Feel free to do whatever you want in the name of improving that craptacular article. You won't hurt my feelings. I'm all for two sections! Speaking of historic sites, I intend to create the Central High School Neighborhood Historic District article over the next couple of weeks (I've already gathered most of my source information). I'm not picky about the LRCHS article, but given that it's very relevent to the new article I want to create and is also my alma mater and 2 blocks from my home, it's an article I tend to keep an eye on. Today, someone added something and didn't source it, so I took a moment and sourced it myself ... then I followed an urge to improve the formatting ... two or three hours later, I've started sourcing the entire thing!

It was kind of you to notify me in case I had concerns. If there is anything I can do to help, let me know. If you want some decent pictures (or to rearrange the tacky layout of the pics on the existing article, hint hint ;) I'd be happy to go and take a few for you. Template Little Rock Neighborhoods edit

Please don't support deletion of the new one as it is the one that is used in all of the neighborhood articles. The old one can be deleted and I don't think anyone would even notice. Broooooooce (talk) 20:13, 21 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please do not change the templates on the neighborhood articles. I do quite a lot of editing in this area of the wiki and am very partial to the new one. Just let it play out and I'll fix it. Broooooooce (talk) 20:22, 21 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

WP:BOLDTITLE edit

Your suggestions are incorrect. WP:BOLDTITLE specifically says to not add bold when there are links, and most people prefer to keep the links than to bold, especially at WP:FLC where bolds are completely optional. Just look at some of the recently promoted lists to get an idea of how they look. Gary King (talk) 03:51, 19 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi, take a look at the following examples for no bold face in Featured Lists: Garbage discography, List of Seattle Mariners managers, and List of Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim managers. I believe that about 90% of the recently promoted lists don't have bold in the lead. "not bolding may allow for direct links to the general topics" in WP:BOLDTITLE is key. Also, sorry if my previous messages appeared harsh – you posted the same suggestion at two of my FLCs so I got the same message twice. Gary King (talk) 04:00, 19 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Reviewer granted edit

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. The Rambling Man (talk) 17:41, 15 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Template:WikiProject University of Arkansas edit

A tag has been placed on Template:WikiProject University of Arkansas requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is an unused duplicate of another template, or a hard-coded instance of another template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is not actually the same as the other template noted, please consider putting a note on the template's page explaining how this one is different so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{substituted}}</noinclude>).

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
