properly opening an AFD

Hi Peni, I removed your AFD and prod tags from Yii Framework. First, a prod and an AFD are exclusive actions, they should not occur at the same time. Second, to nominate an article for a second AFD, please read the instructions, noting the "2nd nomination" detail: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion#How to list pages for deletion.
