WebCiteBOT Replacement Task Force

Sometime in the past you expressed an interest in getting WebCiteBOT running again or replaced. WebCiteBOT was a bot that submitted links to WebCitation.org in order to combat WP:LINKROT. I have recently started a WebCiteBOT Replacement Task Force to help coordinate an effort to do just that. I am cordially inviting you to express your opinion on the matter if you are interested. Thanks. - Hydroxonium (H3O+) 14:53, 3 February 2011 (UTC)

Microsoft Office 2013?

I'm new to wiki so I don't know all the tricks yet. In the Microsoft Office article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Office) it is stated: "Microsoft Office 15 will be released most likely in 2013." However, there is no reference given - thus it is pure speculation. I tried to remove it but it reappears after some time automatically. Why is that? I have also checked google for new information - no news so far on the next office. I also started a new section on the Discussion page of the article. To cut a longs story short: How can I remove the text? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ambition44 (talkcontribs) 21:09, 3 March 2011 (UTC)

Myanmar Army

How is my edits "unconstructive"? Please explain... given the fact that I have been adding appropiate references. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.33.164.25 (talk) 15:44, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for wasting my effort. I spent my sunday afternoon trying to help clean up an article on Wikipedia, only to have everything i done trashed by overzealous admin!!! so much for user contributed online encyclopedia!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.33.164.25 (talk) 15:51, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

You removed a section without any explanation in the prior edit to my reversal. Maybe I reverted to much although. I'm not an expert on this area. It's always good to explain why you remove stuff. Nsaa (talk) 16:27, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

Leeds

Look at the mess of the sports section in the Leeds article, can we sort this out please! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.102.234.111 (talk) 12:40, 11 April 2011 (UTC)

Vandalism!

Your Snotbot has a false positive. I assure you my edit was not vandalism. I will now undo your Snotbot's edits and continue to improve this article. Swmmr1928 talk 02:14, 27 April 2011 (UTC)

Sorry for that revert! I just saw removal of sources and assumed to early that it was unconstructive[1]. Nsaa (talk) 18:40, 29 April 2011 (UTC)

Your contributed article, Scrub nurse

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Scrub nurse. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Perioperative nursing. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Perioperative nursing - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. jsfouche ☽☾Talk 17:13, 16 July 2011 (UTC)

It's not a duplicate, as far as I see from this source [2] which I added at Perioperative nursing article, and contested at the talk page [3]. Have I misunderstand something here (I'm not a nurse, so I'm not into all the namings here)? Nsaa (talk) 17:21, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
Scrub nurse is a role that a perioperative nurse may perform. As such, it should be a section within the main article and not a separate article. jsfouche ☽☾Talk 17:33, 16 July 2011 (UTC)

Phase-out of incandescent light bulbs

Your contribution might fit better at Incandescent light bulb. At this point it doesn't seem relevant to the other article.Vchimpanzee · talk · contributions · 22:45, 17 July 2011 (UTC)

Probably both places since The phenomen cover both subject? Nsaa (talk) 22:55, 17 July 2011 (UTC)
I'm not clear on how Heatball is relevant to the phaseout.Vchimpanzee · talk · contributions · 21:07, 18 July 2011 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of BIBSYS

The article BIBSYS has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The no.Wiki has no reliable third party sources. Further research fails to reveal any sources that meet criteria at WP:ORG for organisations

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
