A tag has been placed on File:Air India A320 in Star Alliance Livery at mumbai july 12 , 2014.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Thanks for uploading File:A320Neo (New Engine Option) Roll out.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. - Nishant28 appears to be an unused account that belongs to Nishupat.
- Observations: At the present, there are 712 links on en.wiki to planespotters.net . From making several spot checks, I find many to most of these links are "Page not found". There was a posting to the Reliable Sources Noticeboard asking about this source but it went without response. There was also a previous posting at RSN several years ago that suggested that it isn't a reliable source. It is heavily linked cross wiki.
- There is an existing COIBot report (permanent link) from several years ago. I have poked it to make a more current report but it seems to be taking a very long time and not finished but the updated version should land at Wikipedia:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/planespotters.net (check history for version date).
- BilCat and others in the Aviation projects may have opinions on these links. Maybe a discussion is warranted somewhere.
- While looking into the link I found that the primary person to have added it to en.wiki in the old report was Mustangmanxxx (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki). Upon running a check, I find that they are
Technically indistinguishable to Inspector123 (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki). They also like to edit frequently while logged out.

I'd say that you should retract the legal threat first, but to be honest: I don't think you have the skills to edit Wikipedia even when you have done so. That information on Wikipedia needs to be backed up with reliable sources is a non-negotiable policy - WP:V - and you don't seem to understand this concept even after several attempts by others to explain it. Pleading in allcaps is not enough - at a minimum, you need to explain what a reliable source is and how you plan to apply the concept to your future edits.
