Speedy deletion nomination of S.a mannan cadet school and college

move to sandbox

Hey Musa1993bd and welcome to Wikipedia! I tagged your article for speedy deletion because it has no context at the moment. Rather than creating articles in article space right away, I would strongly suggest creating them in your sandbox or at Wikipedia:Articles for creation.
