Hello, Mitchell.harpenau, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Thanks for uploading File:AmfAR Logo.png. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 21:45, 26 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

User:Mitchell.harpenau/sandbox

Hello Mitchell,

I noticed you posted a question on User talk:Ian (Wiki Ed) talk page related to your article sandbox. It looks like your sandbox article was moved around a few times:

  • First to an alternatively named article talk page.
  • Then to a talk page in the Article space.
  • And finally to an article page in your own user space.

Your initial move to the article talk page failed because that page already existed at that time. Subsequent moves failed because each move left a Redirect which effectively blocked your ability to move the page back. I deleted all these redirect and moved your article back to your user sandbox located here: User:Mitchell.harpenau/sandbox. As article pages are intended for content and talk pages are intended for discussion related to that content I opted not move your article to its accompanying talk page. Essentially this restores the status quo before the article was moved the first time around. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 12:05, 29 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi there, and welcome back! Thanks for your work on Histories of the Transgender Child. If you plan to stick around some more, you might be interested in joining some wikiprojects, like WP:LGBT or WP:BOOKS. Have fun, and I hope to see you around! asilvering (talk) 02:31, 16 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
