editHi - So she was opposed to the AV - is it notable - independently? in a secondary report?
- - Like many of her Conservative colleagues, Harriet Balwin was opposed to the Alternative Vote. Amongst other arguments, she erroneously

stated that "AV breaks the principle of one person one vote, because supporters of fringe parties like the BNP end up having their vote counted several times while supporters of mainstream parties only have their vote counted once."
Like many of her conservatives - this is nothing to do with the subject of the BIO - all the other stuff is imo coatracking odf the AV issue - none of the desired addition is independent and notable about the subject as presented - I would suggest you look for independent reports about her in WP:RS externals - this desired addition fails to clear that hurdle. regards.
