Hello, JulioOrtega. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

St. Martin Unity Flag moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, St. Martin Unity Flag, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. I did this rather than removing the uncited material in the article, which I felt would be more disruptive. In addition, it needs more in-depth sourcing to show that it passes WP:GNG. When you have the required sourcing (and every assertion needs a source), and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hi Onel5969, thank you for the interest shown in the article I created, "St. Martin Unity Flag." Kindly note that the 21 references reflected both news media and book sources, authoritative and primary sources. If I may point out, the Wiki article “Unification of Saint Martin”--which one reviewer suggested that I add my lengthier material, which would be unacceptable given the work, comparatively, put into my article-- includes 6 references, 0 further reading, 0 external links. A similar Wiki article, "Morning Star flag" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morning_Star_flag includes 18 references, 2 further reading, 1 external links. On the other hand, the "St. Martin Unity Flag" article that you "indicated needs more in-depth sourcing to show that it passes WP:GNG," includes 21 references, 12 further reading, 3 external links [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:St._Martin_Unity_Flag
]. I do hope there is not some form of bias or poor oversight at work in this matter. It appears as well that the "St. Martin Unity Flag" article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:St._Martin_Unity_Flag has been deleted. This is rather unfortunate. Sincerely.
