Collabrative project

I'm extremely confused by your revert here, Yes it's their talkpage and they can post whatever the hell they like however this is a collaborative project so ofcourse people are going to ask the editor questions and if they're disruptive in one area then ofcourse it's going to be repeatedly raised on their tp,
If you or I posted "To whomever wishes to contact me regarding AfD closures or relists. I don't wish to be told over and over again regarding the same issue. Please do not edit this page if all you have to talk about is the same issue. It has already been dealt with" then I would expect both of us to be blocked to be totally honest,
I'm not going to edit war over a childish notice however you of all people should know we're a collaborative project and that telling everyone to basically bugger off with their concerns is probably going to end one way for that editor,
