January 2012 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Help:Using talk pages, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. - David Biddulph (talk) 11:40, 31 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

February 2012 edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Kunbi. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.

Not only are your edit warring, but your contribution makes no sense. Stop it, please. Sitush (talk) 11:14, 4 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

April 2012 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Rajput, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Speedy deletion nomination of Maratha Shivadharm edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Maratha Shivadharm requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —SpacemanSpiff 11:22, 5 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

May 2012 edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Help:CentralAuth, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. John of Reading (talk) 06:51, 7 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Sachin Tendulkar. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.  Hazard-SJ  ✈  17:29, 25 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Mahendra Singh Dhoni, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. —SpacemanSpiff 18:46, 25 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Sanctions edit

The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:General sanctions.

Your persistence in disruptive editing at articles such as Kunbi is now becoming a real nuisance. Please read the notice above. - Sitush (talk) 07:07, 18 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

And despite the above, you have just done it again at Kunbi. You should either follow the sources or explain your rationale on the talk page. I am going to get an admin to review your latest transgressions. I would not be surprised if you receive some sort of ban in order to protect the integrity of this project. - Sitush (talk) 10:34, 19 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Hendre Patil requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

You have been blocked from editing for consistently disruptive editing and a refusal to communicate. Despite being blocked for this in the past, you refuse to discuss your edits and keep repeating them. You have also been warned about the community sanctions related to caste articles. We need our editors to display a level of competence to edit here. If you can show that you understand and will abide by our policies, you can be unblocked. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. —SpacemanSpiff 13:14, 19 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
