About me

Hello! Some of the things I do here as a wikipedian are:

fight vandalism,
review AfC submissions,

I am a rollbacker and reviewer here on the English Wikipedia (verify). In addition, I am a rollbacker and patroller on the Simple English Wikipedia, an editor on MediaWiki.org, and a patrolled user at Meta-Wiki. You may see my user boxes along the right of this page for more information about me.

In addition, I operate Hazard-Bot, which does a variety of tasks, not only here on the English Wikipedia, but on other Wikimedia Foundation wikis as well.

False positives

As you know, we humans make mistakes from time to time, some making them at higher rates than others. If I had made a mistake, please feel free to correct it. I'll not have a problem at all, and I don't mind if you leave me a message on my talk page, linking to the edit. I may have reverted an edit accidentally. If the edit summary includes "(TW)" at the end, it was made using Twinkle, which I often use. If it includes "(HG)" at the end, it was made using Huggle, which I also use in my anti-vandalism efforts. If it was a regular rollback, it would saying that I reverted edits by a user to last version or another user. Otherwise, It may have been an "undo".

If, however, you edit was non-constructive, such as vandalism, a test or blanking, or the addition of unsourced information, especially biographically related, please do not tell me that I have made an error.

If you are a newcomer, please do not feel that I am "biting" you, and so, become discouraged. Also, welcome to the English Wikipedia!
