More copyright problems

Unfortunately you didn't respond to my previous query about possible copyvio problems on rail articles. So, I looked at some of your recent edits, and found:

• This addition looks like a copy and paste from this book, "© Aakar books, 2005".
  
• this addition added text which was previously published elsewhere [1] [2] although I can't tell where the original is.

CCI request and Syed Mir Muhammad Quli Musavi

In evaluating your CCI request, I have blanked (see Wikipedia:Copyright problems) Syed Mir Muhammad Quli Musavi as a suspected copyvio from http://mullasadra.blogspot.com/2011/09/scholarship-in-sayyid-family-in-avadh-i.html . As far as I can tell it's G12 material (not tagged for speedy deletion to give you a week or so to respond) which doesn't jive with your reply at WP:CCI. Please comment on this.

Bear in mind that WP content is freely reusable elsewhere subject to certain conditions. We don't accept "for Wikipedia only" licenses for this reason. Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials contains advice for the blog author. As for the blanking, the WP:CP listing will be closed by an administrator in about 5-7 days.

We can avoid opening a CCI if you are willing to help fix any problems with your edits. In this case I'll dump the contribution survey somewhere in your userspace (let me know if you have any preference). Thanks for uploading File:Abolhassan Isfahani.jpg, which you've sourced to http://www.almazaheri.ir. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You may have noticed over the past few days that the MOTD that you link to on your user page has simply displayed a red link. This is due to the fact that not enough people are reviewing pending MOTDs here. Please help us keep the MOTD template alive and simply go and review a few of the MOTDs in the list. WikiProject India Tag & Assess 2012 Contest

Hello friends, we are a number of editors from WikiProject India have got together to assess the many thousands of articles under the stewardship of the project, and we'd love to have you, a fellow member, join us. These articles require assessment, that is, the addition of a WikiProject template to the talk page of an article, assessing it for quality and importance and adding a few extra parameters to it.

As of March 11, 2012, 07:00 UTC, WikiProject India has 95,998 articles under its stewardship. Of these 13,980 articles are completely unassessed (both for class and importance) and another 42,415 articles are unassessed for importance only. Accordingly, a Tag & Assess 2012 drive-cum-contest has begun from March 01, 2012 to last till May 31, 2012.

If you are new to assessment, you can learn the minimum about how to evaluate from Part One of the Assessment Guide. Part Two of the Guide will help you learn to employ the full functionality of the talk page template, should you choose to do so.

You can sign up on the Tag & Assess page. There are a number of awards to be given in recognition of your efforts. Come & join us to take part in this exciting new venture. You'll learn more about India in this way.
