Proposed deletion of DinuraCreations

The article DinuraCreations has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Importance of the article and errors in the References. It is seems that this article is created for the promote of DinuraCreations. In the References, Reference no 1 doesn't work. Reference no 2 is about Indian territory. References no 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 do not have clear relation with the Subject of the article.

Declined speedy deletion of APC Family

In fact I'm not seeing any advertising at all, it's a decent, well sourced article about a protein family. It could be easily done. But before that something is there to be cleared. If an editor who has declared his / her Conflict of interest on a typical article on the Wikipedia, involves in an ongoing discussion related to the article but never intervene directly editing it and may mediate using his / her right to vote to present his / her opinion, do you suggest that the editor breaks the rules of Wikipedia and therefore he / she must revoke his / her comments? I'd suggest that his/her opinion on an ongoing discussion relating to the article is potentially biased based on his/her relationship to the article - that is why Wikipedia has a policy on COI. Ultimately the decision of whether to revoke his/her comments is up to the individual. If it was me I would. If the comments are left it is then up to the editor/administrator closing the debate to determine whether the comments are influenced by the individuals COI, in most cases because of the COI the comments by that individual are usually disregarded. Noting an AfD is not determined by sheer numbers supporting or opposing the deletion but rather the weight/merit of the arguments on each side. Hope that helps.
