I make no promises, but I will take a look at this draft when I have some time – my guess is that Tordjman clears WP:NACTOR now, but may not clear WP:BASIC. --IJBall (contribstalk) 03:07, 1 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

January 2022 edit

Your recent editing history at The Next Step (Canadian TV series) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. --IJBall (contribstalk) 00:24, 1 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page The Next Step (Canadian TV series) has been reverted.
Your edit here to The Next Step (Canadian TV series) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links in references which are discouraged per our reliable sources guideline (see also this list of frequently-discussed sources). The reference(s) you added or changed (https://the-next-step.fandom.com/wiki/Pilot) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 02:38, 1 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at Talk:The Next Step (Canadian TV series), (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --IJBall (contribstalk) 03:06, 1 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at User:CJ337/sandbox/Trevor Tordjman. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Please stop trying to submit this to WP:AfC. I have already told you that it is nowhere near ready for submission yet. Please stop bothering WP:AfC. If you don't, it may lead to repercussions. --IJBall (contribstalk) 23:26, 2 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Draft:Trevor Tordjman, you may be blocked from editing. Please stop submitting to WP:AfC the same version of the draft that was just rejected. It is disruptive and is a waste of WP:AfC manpower. --IJBall (contribstalk) 21:48, 10 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Consider this a final warning: you are both Edit warring and being purely disruptive in continually submitting the same version of a Draft article that has already been rejected by WP:AfC and which I have repeatedly told you is not good enough to publish in Mainspace right now – do this one more time, and my next stop will be WP:ANEW to seek a block, at least on editing this draft. --IJBall (contribstalk) 02:10, 26 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
