Hello Bobby Sen. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Camellia Productions, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Bobby Sen. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bobby Sen|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. You are repeatedly creating the same articles on non-notable people and companies associated with them. Spiderone(Talk to Spider) 11:48, 21 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

As previously advised, your edits, such as the edit you made to Maacher Jhol (2017 feature film), give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Bobby Sen, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bobby Sen|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. Please can you disclose your connection with Subhankhar Bhar and connected companies and why you insist on recreating these articles again and again? Spiderone(Talk to Spider) 13:06, 21 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

You still have not adequately responded or taken action to the inquiry regarding your appearance as an undisclosed paid editor. If you make any additional edits without complying you may be blocked from editing. I would disclose your affiliation ASAP if I were in your shoes. You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

An article you recently created, Bismillah (film), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. August 2022 edit

Please do not delete or flag potential "spoilers" in Wikipedia articles, as you did in the article Mrunal Thakur. It is generally expected that the subjects of Wikipedia articles will be covered in detail, and giving a section a title such as "Plot" or "Ending" is considered sufficient warning to the reader that the text will contain revelations about the narrative. Deleting such information makes the article less useful for a reader who is specifically trying to find out more about the subject. For more information, see Wikipedia's guidelines on spoilers. I have sent you a note about a page you started edit

Hello, Bobby Sen. Thank you for creating Habji Gabji. User:VickKiang, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

I'm going to mark this as reviewed but leave the notability tag on. There are three reviews, from the newspapers Anandabazar (RS here, The Times of India (just marginally reliable on WP:RSP), and Indian Express (reliable and probably nationally well known, but not on Rotten Tomatoes for this review). Not sure if this meets any WP:NFILM (film notability) criteria, but three reviews (and other more trivial coverage from RS) probably squeaks by WP:GNG, so I am marking this reviewed but leaving the tag on.

To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|VickKiang}}. Please remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)
