Ask for protection, how?

Dear adminstrator, one of users of Persian wiki has insult me in my English talk page (in Persian language). How can I ask for protection of my User page and talk page and all sub pages against that I.P address? I have some valuable photos in my pages I dont want let him/her to damage them. Funny block template

I currently have an article on the Main Page at DYK, and it was vandalised a few minutes ago by 170.158.137.113.
