If this and this is a way to "get back at me", good one. Please do not comment on page any longer. The two times I've dealt with you, you've made me want to leave Wikipedia altogether. Just because you don't get your way, doesn't mean you have to ruin it for others. The mascot file didn't bother me, but you trying to get files deleted because you simply don't know the licensing guidelines pissed me off. Hello Corkythehornetfan,

You are assuming bad faith. As you can see, I reverted my edits to the pages that we had discussed. Yes, I applied the same interpretation of the policy to your alma mater. I understand that you are sensitive towards that page, but you should be fair as you heavy handedly edit other pages. With regards to the use of non-free content, specifically trademarked logos - I find it ironic that Wikimedia is willing to declare trademarked logos as public domain by applying anonymous users discretion/interpretation of the US Law. That is a long term legal risk that I wasn't aware of. And ironic considering the efforts to remove duplication of non-free images of complex logos in the fair use category. You haven't been using Consensus to edit pages but rather just assuming that the decisions in TFDs apply to every single page.

A difference opinion for an online encyclopedia shouldn't anger you. We disagree, move on. If that means quitting Wikipedia so what. I again reference that Wikipedia has no rules, rather the principle of the encyclopedia and the spirit of the content is what matters. As to your talk page, so what? Shutting down our communication isn't going to help bridge differences. Finally, with regards to the two times yada. You have approached my edits with derision even though I gained consensus and corrected your edits. Frankly that's a part of what isn't needed on Wikipedia and scares away new users. I said I was fine with the nomination of the Corky file; I would've gotten around to it. I remain pretty damn neutral when it comes to Emporia State on here. When I uploaded the Athletics logo, which used to be the Academic logo, I made sure it was below originality before marking it in the PD. I'm not stupid, nor was I then, to just upload it and make that decision... of course I was going to get an experts and opinion. There are other things I can be doing than wasting my time with you. Great, so a sudden entering into something (exclusive of the use in reference to an attack). I did also looked up the definition in the Mirriam-Webster dictionary also. Wikipedia:The perfect article the article is clear, is precise and explicit. Because the title of the article does not state 'War' or 'Combat', it is appropriate to clarify to the reader that the type of 'incursion' as described in the title is a reference to battles occurring that do not meet the definition of War as per WP:Consensus. Keep in mind that in this context that the Russian government has repeatedly denied any involvement in the conflict at all so being explicit is appropriate. I'm unclear why we are even debating this subject.Blanksamurai (talk) 14:32, 24 May 2016 (UTC)

Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
