Neutrality on A Brother With Perfect Timing

I had to revert the synopsis on this article back to the one I previously wrote. The reason behind that is because the older synopsis is not neutral and had to be pruned down. The only place we can put non-neutral statements are in the reception section and even then they can only be in the form of quotes by notable persons. It's very easy to write non-neutral statements without realizing it, so I definitely recommend reading WP:NPOV and WP:NPOVFAQ. In terms of the African Film Library, can you please ask them to clarify the CC-by-SA license to indicate what specifically is licensed? I'm afraid that the Terms of Use say nothing to expand on the license tag. The release we recommend would go something like this:

Hello Awinda, Viewing the contents page of the newsletter this month in GLAM I notice there is no Africa section yet. I noticed you are one of the authors of earlier versions and maybe you can write this time as well about the GLAM related things happening in Africa in the past month.
