Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. If you add it another million times, it will be removed another million times. The site you link to is violating copyrights by offering the book for download; we don't link to such sites.
