Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to the page Alexander Litvinenko. Such edits constitute vandalism and are reverted. Please do not continue to make unconstructive edits to pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 20:14, 25 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Vandalism message edit

"I don't know how to leave you a message on talk, but Wiki is a public domain and you have no right to arbitrarily decide to vandalize my contribution from Wiki articles. You are the 1st to vandalize and violate this rule. I request that you simply restore the deleted portion ASAP thanks".

No regular vandalism patrol is ever going to understand this message due to the lack of context, and no admin is likely to see it either. Can you, WITHOUT vandalizing more article's, explain what article we are talking about, and what the problem is? Some Diff's would also be nice. Thanks! You have sections about books and movies. I added a section about music: Music about him

In 2006 D'Edwin the Alternative Rock vocalist wrote the music and the lyrics for the song "Secret Assassin" as part of his EP album "No Prognosis" which pays tribute to the Alexander Litvinenko story. The music can be found on Myspace.com/dedwinmusic or through various online sources such as amazon.com. [1]Official site: http://www.myspace.com/dedwinmusic & http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/dedwin

I'm only asking that it be rightfully restored

Welcome to Wikipedia. At the top of every page there are tabs that you can use to navigate between the article, the discussion page for that article, the editing page for that article, etc. An actual article is not an appropriate place to talk to other users and it will be reverted in seconds. The edit by Excirial, which you say "vandalized" your work, cannot be considered vandalism because it was made in good faith. In such cases, it is appropriate to talk the problem out instead of vandalizing more pages out of frustration. Also, please sign your posts using "~~~~" . from hajatvrc with WikiLove @ 20:32, 25 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
I reinstated your old edit, as it was apparently lost during an update made by another contributer. Just keep in mind that re-adding your content is often more productive then altering the article with requests as to why it was deleted. If something is really wrong with the content, someone will write the "why" in an edit summary or contact you regarding the removal. I hope this helped, Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 20:37, 25 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, sorry. I am new at this and I will do that. Actionrezults (talk) 20:42, 25 March 2010 (UTC) A.R.Reply
Glad to hear that :). Oh, in case you would ever have any questions (Wikipedia is awfully confusing to a new editor), i would recommend the help desk. It is a specific section on Wikipedia where editors can request assistance with all matters related to editing wikipedia. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 20:53, 25 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

File copyright problem with File:My Friends cover5x572.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading File:My Friends cover5x572.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. FASTILYsock(TALK) 03:06, 28 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

You people are wrong, what is the deal with this? ??????

SCREW U *@!HOLES FROM HELL. YOU DISGUST ME, WIKIPEDIA IS A POLITICAL PIECE OF CRAP. YOU PEOPLE ARE CORRUPTED. YOU SITE IS CHAOTIC AND REFLECTS A SIGNIFICANTLY FLAWED AND PRIMITIVE PLATFORM THAT INDICATES A VERY LOW LEVEL OF INTELLIGENCE AND COMMON SENSE. YOU CAN KICK A MAN WHEN HE IS DOWN BUT YOU CAN'T REDUCE HIM ANY FURTHER. YOUR ORGANIZATION IS A UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION OF INVALIDATORS. YOUR DICTIONARY ISN'T EVEN CURRENT ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT 'INVALIDATORS' IS A WORD. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF IGNORANT UNWISE TERRORISTS.

Proposed deletion of D'Edwin edit

The article D'Edwin has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence that this artist meets WP:BIO / WP:MUSIC guidelines. No indication that he has received significant attention in independent, reliable sources (not blogs, music shops, ...).

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Fram (talk) 11:48, 13 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
