My name is Weia Reinboud, I am born in 1950 in Hilversum, The Netherlands and moved to Utrecht in 1977. After a false start in physics and astronomy I have studied sociology at the University and in self study philosophy (concentrating on epistemology). But I also did courses in machining, computer composition at the Conservatory of Utrecht and font design at the Art Academy of The Hague.

My main hobbies are dragonflies since 1984 and athletics since 1995. Within athletics the high jump turned out to be my best event, resulting in a masters national record after one year and masters world records since age 50. Second love is javelin throw, but interest in the combined events is never far away, resulting in a world record at age 65.
Added to the dragonflies is interest in Psychodidae, tiny much overlooked Diptera.

On the dutch wikipedia I have contributed to many subjects, but here it is mainly the List_of_world_records_in_masters_athletics.
