Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino III (born February 8, 1960) is the 15th and current President of the Philippines. He is the only son of former President Corazon Aquino and assassinated former Senator Benigno Aquino, Jr.

Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino III was born on February 8, 1960 in Manila.
House of Representatives edit
Aquino entered politics in 1998 when he successfully ran for a seat in the House of Representatives representing the 2nd District of Tarlac, the same district once represented by his grandfather Benigno Aquino, Sr. in the Philippine Legislature.[1] He won re-election twice and served for three consecutive three-year terms, the maximum allowed by the constitution.
