hi, i thought i might like becoming a wikipedia editor, although i'm not sure,
because i created 2 pages that were 'notable' only to be rejected, after posting and defending with a {hang on}. Looking at the editors' pages that deleted my posts, I discovered entries that were certainly less 'notable' then my entries. my entries were on: 1. 'startpage' (as in browser homepage) 2. the online literary journal Why Vandalism which could debated to be easily more notable than the accepted entry (as an example) on SmokeLong journal ---regarding website traffic and frequency/quality of content.
very disappointing.. I wonder how the aforementioned site, storysouth, got approved? fishy
and the editor who deleted my page (2) even had an entry on a unknown guy who 'might' break some swimming record...
come on...
may be it's time to start using citizedium, http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Main_Page instead
