I joined Wikipedia after becoming frustrated with a popular trend amongst many editors. Many editor's who claim to be proponents of NPOV are also abusing and twisting this rule. I call their tactic 'psychologically suggestive writing'. They cite neutral facts, and then present it in an ideological manner. The average person who comes to Wikipedia for general information will not notice this, but many of "us" do.

Someone seeking knowledge about one position should then be able to find similar information about opposing views. After all, proper judgements cannot be made until each argument has been heard. Yet credible sources and valid information are useless when presented using an ideologically biased format. Unfortunately it is these ideological slants which turn what would otherwise be a good Wikipedia article into the equivalent of garbage.
