Saito (彩都), pronounced cite'it, is a district in northern Osaka prefecture, Japan where mainly people crazy about seeking for English citations on topics about Japan live.
Saito is the district developped by Unknown Resource (UR) of Japan, in the northern part of Osaka, spreading over a 740 ha ground. Originally intended to capture as much as 50,000 people dedicated to the cutting edge old fashioned typping tapping of saiting Engrish references on Wikipedia, the area fails until now by only being able to collect either the boring takoyakiologists or okonimiyakiologists at best[1].
