Pike's Lane edit

  • ALT1:... that Pike's Lane was the venue of the Football League's first-ever goal and its first hat-trick?
  • Comment: The hat-trick bit could be added to the first hook. It's cited in the article that it was the first in the Football League, and was scored a week after the first goal, clearly making it the first hat-trick in league football, but I can't find a source that states it (perhaps because it's a given as there were no other leagues around at the time!)

  • Date and length OK. Might want to include the picture since it's copyright has expired. Source fine on original. AGF on alt1. QPQ done. Each are sourced and in the article. I'll leave it to the promoter to decide which one. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 12:05, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
