Recent promotion to GA status confirmed. Article is long enough, uses inline citations, and is neutrally written. Hook is short enough and interesting. The archived and cited source says the number was to be retired "tonight", but I can't find the date within that article. That said, there are abundant other sources confirming that the date of retiring Horvath's jersey was in 2001, so the hook fact is confirmed by reliable sources.
