I would think the primary meaning of "Victory tour" would be a series of events wherein a person or group that had experienced a "victory" engages in a "tour", appearing at different places to celebrate that victory. Since victory tours have happened throughout history, I would think there would be some rich material for an article on the topic. bd2412 T 16:56, 30 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
