Proposed merge with Elgin Bypass edit

This is a single section of the larger highway in the state. Typical practice is not to subdivide single bypasses out like this. Imzadi 1979  12:23, 15 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

I agree. I will redirect the Elgin Bypass article into the main U.S 20 in Illinois article, does not need a separate page. NBA2030 (talk) 17:37, 13 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

A third merger proposal has been made in 2019. Please discuss it at: Talk:Elgin Bypass#Possible Merger With U.S. Route 20 in Illinois Hlevy2 (talk) 13:54, 25 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Mileage seems to be incorrect edit

Page says 234 miles in Illinois, but I calculate it's only about 199. Does IDOT have an updated figure? Niobrara (talk) 19:55, 8 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
