Why not name the article beginning with the two letters (Ts) or (Tz)? It would better represent the pronunciation /tsere/. --Mahmudmasri (talk) 01:26, 29 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
Agreed. Sephardim would naturally spell it "Tsere" or "Ṣere", Ashkenazim would naturally spell it Tzeirei or something like that. The use of Z for "ts" is German; but then the "ei" combination would sound different.
