I have a concern over the validity of the DUI reference. I was hoping this was just poorly researched, as I was unable to find any reference of Ty getting a DUI in any year, much less earlier this year. When I googled his name, a reference came back with a man in Idaho named Wigginton that received a DUI while in the company of a female companion, other references included Ty with his back injury and BJ Uptons DUI or Ty's hand injury and Mel Gibsons DUI. Not saying that married men would not do this, Ty is married and is a relatively new father, and personally knowing his background, this seems highly unlikely. If someone has a source to verify this allegation, I would appreciate it, if not, can we have the incorrect material removed?
Cheif Wiggumton edit
"Some experts compare the size and frame of Wigginton to The Simpsons' Chief Wiggum of the Springfield Police Department. This has led to fans giving him the affectionate nickname "Chief Wiggumton."" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.110.24.16 (talk) 20:46, 14 April 2012 (UTC)
There is no reference to this and therefore is being removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.110.24.16 (talk) 20:44, 14 April 2012 (UTC)
