Triple 8 or Triple Eight? edit

This article uses both "Triple 8" and "Triple Eight". Should it be one or the other all the way through? And if so, which one? My suggestion would be "Triple Eight", since that's how it's styled on the team's official website (http://www.tripleeight.co.uk/). DH85868993 (talk) 06:19, 20 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

While the two teams are no longer officially connected, the Australian Triple 8 uses both, depending on what form of branding is in use. My preference is also for Eight. --Falcadore (talk) 11:56, 20 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Triple 8 Race Engineering → Triple Eight Race Engineering (Great Britain) – To better distinguish the two race teams (Triple Eight Race Engineering (V8 Supercars)) who have common ancestry but not longer the same ownership. Disambiguate by country rather than racing category as it would then preclude said team competing in other categories in the same country, which both V8 Supercar and BTCC teams are known to do. Present article names for both articles should redirect to a disambiguation page, I suggest Triple Eight Race Engineering. Also altered spelling to Eight rather than 8 per official website [www.tripleeight.co.uk] Falcadore (talk) 02:51, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
