UMD bio says Whitehouse, and Scout says "just outside of Toledo". But, "birthplaces" can be notoriously unreliable as usually they refer to hometowns, not places of birth. Depending on how small Whitehouse is and close, Toledo may have been where he was actually born. But, yeah, it should say Whitehouse as that is what the only sources referenced say.
