Please explain the notability tag. Every newspaper in all of North Carolina is listed in an index; all of them have their own page. Why pick on this one?

That's fair; I'll try to find some alternative sourcing. It's tough, because newspapers generally don't write about other newspapers. But this paper is well regarded across the state. Its staff size rivals some small dailies. 66.147.75.58 (talk) 01:36, 17 February 2010 (UTC) DEL
