Is the extended quote from OED added by 68.196.163.129 on 3 October 2007 going to be a copyright problem? Or is OED PD by now? Or are the abbreviations in the quote problematic? Hello! Is the latest recorded Thain really a Hobbit named Rowan I of Rowanhayes (34th Thain)? I have only read that it was Faramir I Took (33rd Thain).
