Thanks to lanb for putting in the macrons. I copied and pasted into one or two more places. Also, in the article title, I changed the macron back to the plain o since Kyoto is fully assimilated into English as a word, like Tokyo (the example given in the Wikipedia style guide), but kept the macron in the romanization of the Japanese in parentheses after it, and put a macron in the name of the station Kyoto shiyakusho-mae, which is part of a Japanese phrase, rather than the English word Kyoto. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Fg2 (talkcontribs) 02:22, 2 August 2004 (UTC)Reply
