Demolition? edit
This edit is citing a blog that is merely reporting that a developer has tried to file approval to demolish the Sun in the Sands. There's no evidence the council have approved it or are giving it serious consideration. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 10:51, 20 April 2017 (UTC)
